Thank God for the itnernet! That is where I was able to find John. We met on westernmatch.com and I was so very close to not messaging him since at the time he was living in Australia, and I was sooooo not looking for a long distance relationship. Anyways after many several hour long talks on the phone. We decided that  he should move here. Then on Jan 31 2005 after only meeting online Nov 27th 2004 His plane arrived---- i wasnt quite sure that he was real untill i saw him and felt the warmest most loving safe hug i have ever felt in my life. We were both shaking and could hardly talk. The very next day my family had a birthday party for a couple cousins and he was brave enough to attand and meet my whole family , which just loves him. Then having been raised in the South John wanted to do the right thing and ask my Dad ( a very intimidating man) for permission first. So he tried it out on my Gandpa first and of couse gramps said yes  . . . and with a "grandpa cuckle" said "Now, you have to go ask my son and good luck with doing that!" The next week John wanted to ask my dad, but my brother had other plans and we got an early am phone call that bro had an accidnet on his snowboard and was in Children's . . . Then the nest weekend we were going up and John was going to ask my Dad was in a ROYAL bad mood and he Chickened out . . .so about 2 weeks later when all was calm he asked my Dad and he said yes after making John sweat it out a bit. Now we are living together nad more in love than ever and doing all of the crazy wedding palnning since we will be getting married OCT 1 2005
